Will SAMIVRAH see our company data?
SAMIVRAH needs temporary setup access. After handover, the client can remove our access or approve separate support access.
Does WhatsApp send messages automatically?
No. The system opens a prefilled assignment message. A manager reviews it and presses Send manually.
Can employees edit the main tracker?
They do not need tracker access. Assignees submit progress through the Google Form, while managers control the main Sheet.
Is the dashboard instantly updated?
Approved data flows to Looker Studio, but Google’s data-refresh timing means changes may not appear instantly.
